8:30am to 5:30pm

What do you need to bring with you to pick up your prize?
Proper Identification (a.k.a. Drivers License or State Issued ID)

Can someone pick up my prize for me?
Yes, BUT you need to bring extra stuff with you.
If you're picking up a prize for someone else you need:
1> Their ID (not a copy, their ID)
2> A written release, signed by them allowing you to pick it up for them
3> Their Social Security Number

If you don't have all three of these things... you can't pick up their prize, no matter how many times you say, "Pretty Please."
